Blasphemous LGBTQ “Pride” Mass: This Priest MUST Be Dismissed…

Comment:

Check out this parish here to see the above advert in situ – on the website page of the parish entitled LGBTQ@Grace – can you believe?

I’ll be sending the link to this discussion to the Pastor of the parish, Fr. Alex Santora, to let him know that our conversation will centre on the fact that he is about as Catholic as Nancy Pelosi, whose reputation as an apostate has crossed the Pond – we all know just how anything-but-Catholic is the pro-abortion up to and including birth, Pelosi…

Here’s an extract from the parish website describing their parish priest/pastor…

As pastor of The Church of Our Lady of Grace and St. Joseph, Fr. Santora instituted the annual FunFest, Flea Market & Used Book Sale, Spaghettiaoke, and musical concerts to attract people to the parish. In 2006, with the establishment of a young adult ministry, a Sunday evening Mass was begun. This Mass is popular with people of all ages. Fr. Santora’s unique and easygoing style might belie his deep commitment to God, to his parishioners, and to our church. However, through his commitment and his solid work ethic, he has reinvigorated the life of our parish as well as reinvigorating the entire Hoboken community.

In October 2012, Fr. Santora celebrates the 30th anniversary of his Ordination.  Ends.

His “deep commitment to God”…?  Er, not remotely, unless this is some new god that we’re only just hearing about.  He’s clearly NOT committed to the God of Divine Revelation, Father, Son and Holy Ghost who has entrusted the salvation of souls to the Catholic Church established by Christ which has the grave duty of defending and promoting the natural moral law, which Fr Santora openly rejects.  This from the Catechism of the Catholic Church on the subject of homosexuality:

Basing itself on Sacred Scripture, which presents homosexual acts as acts of grave depravity, tradition has always declared that “homosexual acts are intrinsically disordered.” They are contrary to the natural law. They close the sexual act to the gift of life. They do not proceed from a genuine affective and sexual complementarity. Under no circumstances can they be approved.  [CCC # 2357, emphasis added].

Click here to read a 2018 report on this scandal published by Lifesitenews

Note:  Cardinal Tobin’s contact details are given at the end of the Lifesitenews report but remember, he is one of those friends of the defrocked (former) Cardinal (now Mr) McCarrick who  undoubtedly owes his position within the Church to that notorious former prelate.  I think asking Tobin to do his episcopal duty by removing this priest from active ministry (at the very least) would be akin to asking Nancy Pelosi to run an orphanage.   And since this priest is being permitted to publicise this Mass for a second year, evidently Cardinal Tobin is completely on board.  Seems Archbishop Viganò was spot on when he included Tobin as one of the corrupt McCarrick appointments.

Of course, all of this goes straight back to Pope Francis the First and, we sincerely hope and pray, the last… So, please, no excuses.  The buck stops at the Pope’s desk.

In any event, share your thoughts here, because I’ll be sending the link to this apostate priest – and he really does need to know the shocking damage he is doing by promoting behaviour which, according to God’s law, cannot, under any circumstances, be approved, and then heaping coals of fire on his own head by – through a blasphemous “Mass” – misleading people into believing that this immoral activity is pleasing to God.  Which reminds me, almost as an aside – will all Catholics reading this please abandon this new and very dangerous Mass, which is clearly so easily used to promote evil, and return to the Mass which nourished the countless saints in Catholic history and for which martyrs gave their life’s blood?  Please?

  1. This is completely scandalous. How on earth any priest could do this, beats me. There is no way he can believe that the Mass is the sacrifice of Calvary – no way.

I agree that Fr Santora should be dismissed from the priesthood. He’s obviously cut from the same cloth as McCarrick and the Church won’t recover from this crisis until all these clergy are removed from office. The sooner the better.

The Fatima prophecies are coming true before our very eyes. Why can’t Pope Francis see that?

    • Laura,

“There is no way he can believe that the Mass is the sacrifice of Calvary – no way. “

I absolutely agree. No way, indeed. Personally, I think the new Mass has been designed to allow it to serve as a concert, a fun event or A.N. Other. It’s got nothing to do with Calvary, that’s for sure.

    • Stop all funding until Catholic Catechism is followed throughout this N.J. diocese. That’s the only way with bishops who have lost their way, they need funds and Rome does care (too) much about revenues. At the rate these outrages now occur, I expect a schism in our Church. Some of the best people I know have left or are considering leaving because the patent evil in the Catholic Church hierarchy.

      • Jude Anthony,

I remember that some years ago, American Catholics produced fake dollar bills with “No doctrine, no dollar” printed on them, and they put those in the collection plate. Brilliant idea. It would need to be done in large numbers, though, to have the desired effect.

As for your reference to “schism” – I’m afraid there has been a de facto schism in the Church since the Vatican II revolution. One of our number here in Scotland began writing to the Vatican right after the Council (he actually attended the Council) and at the top of every letter he wrote “Regarding the De Facto Schism of the Church in Scotland.” He reminds us at every opportunity that not once did anyone replying to his letters, deny that this is the case.

The schism, however, is becoming more pronounced – you are certainly correct about that.

  2. I agree – it’s totally shocking that this priest is saying a Mass to celebrate grave sin. He definitely needs to be removed from working as a priest. Young people, especially, will be led astray by him.

I took a look on the website and saw the list of clergy and staff – he seems to employ more people than our local Asda store, LOL!

Most shocking of all there is a video posted on the website of the first LGBTQ Mass, so I have copied the link from YouTube to post here.

    • MM,

Thank you for posting that video – I didn’t notice that on my own visit to the parish website.

I’ve just made myself sit through the entire thing (I won’t dignify it by calling it a Mass) – really sad to hear that shocking sermon and subsequent praise for various activists.

There goes a priest in serious spiritual danger. Bad enough if he, himself, is involved in depravity, but to mislead his congregation by praising it and making it seem that the Church has been unjust by condemning it as the sin of sodomy, one of the four sins crying to Heaven for vengeance, since the very beginning of Christianity. May God help that priest at his judgment – preferably before, in order to give him time to repent and repair the damage he is doing.

    • Utterly disgraceful. That cannot be a valid Mass surely? Even the vessels don’t look right.

And if I wasn’t already opposed to female servers, I would be now. The whole thing is a totally wash-out – I’m just amazed there were some people there with babes in arms going for Communion, which suggests some parishioners have just gone along to fulfil their Sunday obligation. Unbelievable.

      • I agree about the people who were there who were presumably not LGBTQ but just parishioners attending their Sunday Mass. Obviously, they don’t know anything about the Catholic faith or they’d have been out of there the minute they saw the rainbow cloth at the front of the church.

Over and over again we come to see the damage done by the failure to teach the faith in schools and seminaries. It’s both very sad and it makes me very angry. I know it’s not fashionable to be angry but that’s how I feel watching that priest at that “Pride Mass” – an oxymoron if ever there was one.

Shame on that priest and his bishop.

  3. Pardon my cynicism, but I’d say this priest will be rewarded, not punished. Not only because Cardinal Tobin (he of the Italian soap opera star boyfriend living in his residence last year, as exposed by George Neumayr) is an obvious member of the Lavender Mafia, but because that is what the standard MO is in the modern Church: evil is rewarded (and doing nothing about it is a tacit reward), while fidelity is denounced and punished.

Our Lord’s Passion was precipitated when “Satan entered into” Judas. Likewise, the Passion of His Mystical Body was precipitated when Satan entered into the Church, in the persons of Freemasons and Communists, and their useful idiots. So I expect this evil perversity to continue until the Consecration is done, which will also have the effect of an exorcism. Until then, everything will be upside down.

    • RCA Victor,

You are, of course, correct – this priest is more likely to be rewarded and promoted than punished, but that doesn’t change our duty to call out the apostasy masquerading as enlightenment whenever we come across it. My geography is terrible, so I have no idea whether you are living in a State near this parish or not, but as a citizen of the USA you are well placed to pronounce on this sort of scandal.

I’ve just decided to send the link to Tobin as well and before anyone comes on telling me off for not giving him his title, let me repeat my position; the likes of this cardinal is about as Catholic as the nearest Imam and I’m showing him absolutely no “respect of office” – he made the front page of our March, 2019 newsletter as one of the McCarrick crew which really says it all.

So, I repeat; I’ll send the link to Tobin just to allow him to take a look and drink in the fact that he and his ilk are destroying the Church, and risking their own salvation, that we don’t all think of him and this apostate priest as heroes. Quite the reverse.

  4. How many more priests are there like this one in the Church? How on earth did they get to be ordained?

I notice it’s all very quiet here in Scotland but is there any chance we have the same sort of apostasy? I know I’ve read the reports in the newsletter but, compared to the USA, we seem to be getting off lightly. I can’t imagine a congregation in Glasgow, e.g. sitting through such a Mass for “Pride” parade day or whatever it’s called.

It makes me realise how we have to thank the Glasgow priest who held a reparation service last year for the “Pride” march – and lost his position as chaplain at the university in Glasgow, as a result. It’s totally unbelievable, the way everything is turned upside down, just as Sister Lucia of Fatima said when she warned of a “diabolical disorientation” coming in the Church. If this isn’t it, sin being praised and repentance being condemned, I dread to think what is.

    • Josephine,

Don’t speak too soon. Remember, Father Despard remains suspended for writing his book exposing the extent of homosexuality within the Church in Scotland and we’ve not had the thorough investigation promised by the bishop. The only person who has been disciplined in this regard, is Fr Despard – the very definition of shooting the messenger.

So, brace yourself. There can be no doubt that there will be scandals a-plenty to come in Scotland.

Indeed, allow me to share this little nugget with the bloggers, readers and lurkers around here…

When I mentioned some time back that I was thinking of closing this blog, I received a fair number of begging letters, asking me not to do that. One of the most interesting reasons given was that our very existence is a brake on the bishops; they know that we’re here and they not only really don’t like us but, more importantly, they fear us. So, as I say, don’t speak too soon… and brace yourself!

I’m surprised at your remark about not being able to imagine a Glasgow congregation sitting through an LGBT+ Mass. It was some time ago, granted, but I did report that our then Miss McMoneypenny and I attended one such Mass in St Simon’s, Glasgow, when the Edinburgh “gay” activist priest, Fr Gordon Brown preached about the importance of going out and spreading – not the Gospel, but… Quest – the LGBT+ organisation, responsible for arranging these Masses.

There can be little doubt that this is still happening, in one way or another, at one location or another, but following our reports, the LGBT+ organisations closed down access to certain of their online reports, to keep the information from reaching us.

Thus, we depend on “sources” contacting us. Hint, hint…

    • Josephine,

I notice it’s all very quiet here in Scotland but is there any chance we have the same sort of apostasy?

Years ago, I had the great misfortune to attend a mass said by homosexual Fr Jim Lawlor. How he remains a priest, I do not know, given the staggering scandal he caused a previous parish in Penilee, Glasgow (the details are repugnant, so I wont repeat them here).

Anyway, although not as bold as the efforts in the US, Fr Lawlor’s masses are akin to what I imagine a comedy night in a “gay bar” would be like.

Also, he describes his parish as a “Vatican 2 parish” and has that plastered all over the Church sign and bulletins etc. I presume that is code for “anything goes”.

And recall Fr Paul Morton of the Diocese of Motherwell welcoming gay couples to his masses and publicly campaigning on behalf of the homosexual TIE campaign.

The Bishop’s toleration of these guys is akin to a householder tolerating dry rot spreading in his roof timbers.

      • Gabriel Syme,

I know about the scandal involving Fr Jim Lawlor, but I have no evidence that he is a homosexual. I take it that, given the nature of the scandal, you are assuming homosexuality?

        • Editor

You are right – I am guilty of assumptions, based not only the scandal but also Fr Lawlor’s personal demeanor (he is rather light on his feet, if you get my meaning) and the general thrust of his ministry.

However it is wrong to assume and I apologise if this brought the discussion into disrepute!

  5. Without any question, that priest should be dismissed from the clerical state. He hasn’t a clue. To stand there and preach about the sin of homosexual activity as if it’s a virtue, beggars belief. How does a priest get to the point where he can do that? Unless he’s a homosexual himself, of course, but, if not, I don’t know how any man fails to see that homosexual acts are unnatural and depraved, as the Church describes them.

What he doesn’t seem to get is that you can condemn actions (as the Church does) but be charitable to the person. It doesn’t mean anyone hates homosexuals just because they condemn the actions.
It’s like, nobody thinks you hate all drivers just because you say it’s wrong to run a red light, LOL!

    • Nicky,

I’ve heard that many homosexuals actually think that their relationships, and these relationships in general, are superior to normal ones between men and women. So if this degenerate priest has attempted to extol the “virtues” of his sickness, then that’s a dead giveaway that he himself is homosexual.

      • RCA Victor,

I’m already on record as expressing the view that anyone who promotes homosexuality MUST be that way inclined themselves. I can’t even begin to imagine anyone with normal appetites (and I’m not here talking Thornton’s Chocolates…) encouraging what has been known as the sin of Sodom until the dawn of the “Gay Enlightenment”.

    • RCA Victor,

thanks for that reminder. I’d forgotten about “that tweet” –

“Speculations are now abounding that 36-year-old Francesco Castiglione — who runs an Instagram account with hundreds of shirtless ‘beefcake’ poses — may have been the intended recipient of Tobin’s “nighty-night, baby. I love you” tweet from earlier this year. Tobin quickly deleted the tweet and apologized, saying it was meant for his sister. “

Meant for his sister – LOL!

  6. Dear Readers
i was sent this shocking information and really could not believe my eyes when I read it
I am not a Catholic but this sent ice down my spine !
The Church looks absolutely magnificent and I wonder if the Laity dare speak up ?
satans barbs are everywhere but by people not speaking up they will continue to grow
    GOD help us indeed

    • Wendy Walker,

I agree, the church in the video looked beautiful and they still have the altar rails but now shocking that it is being used for a blasphemous Mass and how shocking that the priest spoke about the history of the church as if it was full of fearful homosexuals! He needs to be dismissed, asap.

  7. Warning: Disney parks are no longer family friendly!

Disney is flaunting their new partnership with the “LGBTQ” community as they plan to host their very first gay pride parade this upcoming Saturday, June 1st, at Disneyland Paris. This event is an expansion from a small party they promoted in the park last year and will be the first outright parade celebrating the gay lifestyle.

The growth of gay pride events at Disney is not limited to its Paris location. At Universal Studios Hollywood, in Southern California, Disney is helping to organize the “Pride Is Universal” event that will also take place this Saturday. And, the expansion of “Gay Days,” which are held every August at Walt Disney World in Florida.

This is a deceptive move to push the LGBT political agenda and expose children and families to lewd behavior.

Similar parades around the world are notorious for exposing viewers to:

Participants wearing only their underwear or leather bondage gear
    Topless dancers
    Lewd dancing
People engaging in public sex acts
    Semi-nude or completely nude people
Around 157 million people visited Disney parks in 2018. Disney is an empire built on attracting families with children. Gay pride-related events are very public with the potential to become an X-rated peep show. How many of this Saturday’s 430,000 park attendees do you think will be exposed?

I’m sure the LGBT lobby is already counting this as a victory for their dangerous agenda. This is not about promoting love or diversity but the deliberate violation of boundaries and the imposition of Queer Theory and gender ideoelogy.

We cannot sit idle and remain voiceless while gay pride events are targeting family-friendly venues. Join this call to action to stand against Disney’s attempt to indoctrinate our children in an entertainment area that is intended for all audiences.

We only have a short time to act on this call to action.

  8. This worries me, though this is in USA and the Yanks are a bit crazy, I feel we are being softened up for the great LGBT (I didn’t know a Q had been added to this until last week) unveiling in our parishes. A priest recently uttered the term in my (now former) parish in February. I complained in writing but received no reply. I also complained about ‘Diversity’ being preached on a separate occasion but again was ignored.

    • Paul,

If you live in the UK, believe me LGBT + has already “happened”.

The “Quest” group have Masses in parishes in Scotland celebrated by e.g. Fr Gordon Brown, retired Edinburgh priest and the “gay” Masses in the Archdiocese of Westminster have been going on for years.

At the moment, it is relatively low key but I think you are on to something when you suggest there may be an “unveiling” to come.

Which is all the more reason why Catholics should abandon all pretence of following the entirely illegitimate “reforms” of Vatican II and return to the Mass of our saints and martyrs. Voting with your feet, hands joined, I think it’s called…

  9. In the 70s, a New York priest was de-frocked for carrying out a sacrilegious same-sex ‘wedding’ ceremony.

Nowadays, he’d get de-frocked for REFUSING to conduct one!

  10. The flyer at the head of the article is breath-taking.

Quite clearly this priest is essentially acting more as a “gay activist” and using his parish as a vehicle for his activity.

The only thing which matches the arrogance of such priests, is the negligence of their bishops.

I pity the poor ordinary people, going along there in ignorance – presuming this is all normal, while trying their best to be a good Catholic, as they understand it.

    • Gabriel Syme,

You are right, 100% and I was also taken aback totally at that flyer. It’s shocking to see it on the parish website, totally shocking.

What I can’t help wondering is, what about the other priests in the diocese? Are none of them orthodox in their beliefs, faith and morals? Are they all gay sympathisers or activists?

I noticed how that priest quoted Pope Francis saying “Who am I to judge” in his homily. That’s how priests like him are justifying their behaviour. I have a strong sense that Pope Francis will suffer greatly in the next life if he doesn’t repent and take back those words before he dies.

  11. We actually were parishioners at this church at one time and our children were baptized by this priest. It makes me sick to my stomach now. We left in 2012 when we picked up on his anti-catholic teachings, but it was never to this extent. We are former catholics and no longer attend any church. Our children come first!

    • Kate,

Welcome to our blog, although very sorry to learn of your experience with this priest. He is, truly, a scandal.

Please, though, do not allow him to drive you out of the Church because that way lies eternal damnation. The Church is God’s means of salvation for the world – it was for the sake of the world that He gave us the Church (it was not something added on, an optional extra, as most people mistakenly believe).

Even the liberal Second Vatican Council, in the Dogmatic Constitution on the Church repeated the teaching of the Fathers of the Church that “… they could not be saved who, knowing that the Catholic Church was founded as necessary by God through Christ, would refuse either to enter it, or to remain in it” (No.14).

I would suggest that, rather than risk your soul, and the souls of your family members, you find a truly traditional church and have the children conditionally baptised, as, personally, I wouldn’t trust that priest to give my dog a bath (if I had a dog, which I don’t) let alone baptise a child.

I don’t know where you are living in the UK, but here’s a list of churches of the Society of Saint Pius X – if you can find one near you, I suggest you ask them to conditionally baptise your children, and return to attending Mass there. All of the dissent and scandal which we are suffering just now, stems from the fact that the authorities in Rome created a new Mass – and as a result, grace has been withdrawn from the Church. Here’s a list of SSPX churches. Hope there is one near you. If not, come back and we’ll try again.
      https://fsspx.uk/en/community/priories

Hoping it helps to clarify you’re thinking, Kate, I’m also posting 62 reasons to reject the novus ordo (new) Mass.
      http://www.sspxasia.com/Documents/Sacraments/Mass-why-the-Traditional.htm

Please don’t think of yourself as a “former Catholic” – Our Lord promised that he would be with His Church until the end of time. Priests like Fr. Alex Santora will one day be called to account for his betrayal of the Faith – but so will those of us who failed to believe Christ’s promise, instead, putting ourselves outside of His Church and thus, risking our eternal salvation.

      God bless
