“Brussels Laid Bare” – Special Offer…

The following extracts are from a letter from St Edward’s Press Ltd received this morning, offering special rates for readers who order the book Brussels Laid Bare by end of November. The offer has come too late to include in our November newsletter, but bloggers may wish to take advantage of it…

From St Edward’s Press…

In view of the recent events in Westminster and Mrs May’s Chequers [proposal], we are running an autumn offer which may be of interest to you.

It concerns Marta Andreasen’s Brussels Laid Bare – a book that tells the inside, and chilling, story of what happened to the EU’s chief accountant when she tried to expose a 200 million euros fraud in the EU’s accounts.  We are offering this book at £2 off its cover price (£10 instead of £12 by post – it’s been selling so well we’ve recently had to order an extra print run.)

If you place your order by the end of November, we’ll also send you our two popular booklets for free: 101 Reasons Why We Should Leave The EU (2018 edition) and also Brexit Choices, a layman’s guide to Brexit and what the various options mean, including a Canada style agreement with the EU, as is currently in the news.

This offer is not available to the general public and so is not available on our website at this price.  So, if you would like to take advantage, please phone one of the following numbers and process credit card details that way:

Telephone:  01793 762417 (this business if run from home and so this line is not always answered). An alternative number which is manned during office hours is 01752 334950 – they will take messages for us to return your call.

If you prefer, you can write to Hugh Williams, St Edward’s Press, 20 Barra Close, Highworth, Wiltshire, SN6 7HX, UK OR email info@stedwardspress.co.uk

Yours sincerely,

Hugh Williams

  1. I have opened this thread to comments. Here’s why.

I thought I was quite well informed about the EU – until earlier today when the above book and pamphlets, kindly sent to me with the writer’s compliments, arrived in the post.

I decided, right away, to abandon all pretence of working in order to dip into one of the two pamphlets accompanying the book – 101 Reasons Why We Should Leave the EU by Hugh Williams – and am a great deal more educated as a result. I am also confirmed in my decision to vote “LEAVE” – it is absolutely imperative to get out of this corrupt EU while there’s a slim chance that we can do so. The EU is not a club, as I keep saying, having viewed, with alarm and astonishment, the so called “negotiations” between London and Brussels, it’s a prison.

There’s much too much for me to quote here, even from the above mentioned slim pamphlet, well written and concise as it is, but here’s one paragraph that cannot be ignored… Bearing in the mind that the over-riding aim of the EU is to destroy nation states, we read, under the heading “Regionalisation”:

    58. The EU wants to run this country by means of twelve regional authorities, all reporting direct to Brussels.

    59. As one region in 250 throughout Europe, do you think that, for example, the people living in the South West of England – the Euro region known as UK “K” – will ever be listened to?

    60. The county of Devon (as well as those of Cornwall and the rest of them) is set to disappear as the regions take over.

    61. All this talk of regional assemblies by both the Press as well as the present government is a smokescreen for European regional assemblies. We are told that we, the British people, want regions. This is poppycock again! “Poppycock” because we have simply never been asked! The EU is determined to dominate and emasculate our national government, by dividing up the member countries through this creeping regionalisation.

    62. If you doubt my word that this is happening, next time you visit cities like Exeter, look at the sign as you drive in. No longer is Exeter the Cathedral City of Devon, it is now the European Regional Capital. This European regional institution is costing local taxpayers in (sic) £5 million a year to run [Ed: I suspect the missing words may be “in excess of”.]

Note: The map of Europe in Brussels no longer mentions England as a country. (#64)
Scotland and Wales are not countries, according to the EU, but regions. (#65) Ends.

No wonder they showed Nichola Sturgeon the door when she went over to throw her weight about in the hopes of getting assurances that Scotland could remain in the EU despite Brexit. The last thing they want is a diehard nationalist in their midst!

I could quote from this pamphlet for the rest of the day but that would mean I couldn’t get back to the gripping book Brussels Laid Bare by Marta Andreasen, MEP – seriously, if you haven’t already ordered this book (which comes with the two free pamphlets, then I urge you to do so, without delay. Very kindly, the publisher has extended the special discount price of £10 for Catholic Truth readers beyond November, because – and I’ll post a special notice to explain this later – our hitherto November newsletter will not be out and about until December, now, due to unforeseen circumstances, not of our making. More on that shortly. Signed, Agatha Christie 😀

Feel free to ask any questions which, if the answers are to be found in the 101 Reasons pamphlet, I will publish here.

The other booklet, Brexit Choices is a very good, simplified guide to the various options (no deal, customs union etc) and again, I’m happy to quote from it if anyone thinks it would help.

Let’s hope the “People’s Vote” brigade don’t win that second shot at keeping us in the EU – but if they do, I’ll be out of the streets to make sure a heck of a lot more Scots vote LEAVE than did so last time.

    • Editor,

Fascinating. How can one get a copy of these pamphlets?

My initial thoughts reading your comments above was the prophecy of Fatima about the annihilation of nations. We often think of annihilation in terms of war, but I remember Fr Gruner saying that annihilate means that the nations would disappear completely and cease to exist. Just a thought !

      • Petrus,

The details of how to order are up above in the blog introduction. You can email, phone or order by post. Mine came by post, no problem through the letter box. You will really find the book and both pamphlets (which are added free of charge for CT readers) a real treasure trove.

PS you can order the pamphlets separately if you wish but the book is first class as well. Just follow the directions to contact Hugh Williams.
PPS – excellent point about Fatima. Very good point.

  2. Editor,

Interesting that mention is made of “regions.” Regionalism was a big buzzword among “enlightened” bureaucrats back in the 90s, here in the USA. It was intended to replace the allegedly obsolete county form of government which is the cornerstone of American governmental life. However, since 2008, when Obama the Muslim/George Soros puppet was elected, anarchy seems to have become the prioritized goal, rather than regionalism.

As for the intended 12 regions in the UK, our cleverly mis-named Federal Reserve Bank system has 12 districts….

  3. Following the news today after Theresa May’s latest abysmal performance in Brussels, I really doubt if we will get out of this diabolical institution no matter how many books and pamphlets expose its corruption . She’s either very weak, very stupid or has been pretending to be trying to get us out, all along.
